When it comes to video editing, the most important element is the experience of the editor. In Lon McQuillin, you’ll find one of the best in the business.

Lon’s been editing video for more than 25 years. He’s cut hundreds of commercials, documentaries, educational and corporate programs, along with a wide variety of music videos, entertainment programs and series, and a feature film. He’s also an experienced director, providing valuable additional perspective.

An impeccible sense of pacing and a knack for solving problems of the “we’ll fix it in post” variety combined with extensive experience help assure that your project will come in on time, within budget, and looking better than you ever hoped.

  How We Work with You

We specialize in providing turnkey editorial services on a per-project basis. For the best results in most cases, we’ll meet with you to go over your original footage, your script and the results you want, and we’ll then retreat to the edit suite. You’ll see approval copies on a regular basis, and we’ll respond to your requests with changes. (We can even post your approval copies in cross-platform MPEG1 format on private pages within our site for on-line viewing—password protected if necessary.)

Rates

Our rates are very competitive. For short-term projects we charge an hourly rate that includes editor, editing system and all peripherals and software.

On long-form projects, rates are negotiable.

Auxiliary services such as video capture and compression, music library usage and duplication are priced separately.
